A |     日报讯（马彦铭、聂晓）9月1日起，省船舶登记、船员证书办理、船载危险货物申报等24项高频海事政务事项将实现全省通办。    Akshay Kumar’s next collaboration with director Anees Bazmee is shaping up to be a reunion on multiple fronts. After weeks of speculation around the casting, HT City has learnt that Vidya Balan has been roped in as one of the leading ladies in the upcoming film. The project marks Akshay and Bazmee’s reunion after 14 years, following their last collaboration in Thank You, which was released in 2011.     According to sources close to the development, Vidya’s name emerged early during discussions, and the decision was unanimously welcomed by the team. “Akshay and Vidya share effortless chemistry as actors, something audiences have loved in films like Heyy Babyy (2007), Bhool Bhulaiyaa (2007) and Mission Mangal. Off screen too, they share a warm equation, which made this an easy yes for everyone involved,” the source revealed.          The film is said to feature two prominent female characters, with Vidya Balan playing one of the leads. Details about the second leading lady and the storyline are being kept under wraps. Insiders are suggesting that the narrative has been designed to balance humour, emotion, and strong character arcs. This is an area both Bazmee and Akshay are known to excel in.     This project will also mark Akshay and Vidya’s first on-screen collaboration in six years, after the 2019 hit Mission Mangal. Their pairing has long been popular with audiences. Their popularity skyrocketed after the cult success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa. This makes their reunion one of the most anticipated aspects of the film.     Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar’s professional slate remains packed. The actor is currently busy with multiple projects, including Welcome To The Jungle, Haiwaan and Bhooth Bhangla. All these projects are progressing at full pace. B | 2025年7月，海事局落地实施首批8项海事政务全省通办事项，全力扭转属地办理、往返奔波的传统办事模式。一年来，首批海事政务全省通办业务累计办理量突破2400件，平均办结时限压缩37%。此次新增的24项政务服务事项将全面实现就近办、线上线下联办。办事群众在海事局政务中心、秦皇岛海事局政务中心、唐山海事局政务中心、沧州海事局政务中心、曹妃甸海事局政务中心5个全省通办政务服务站点中的任意一个窗口提交申请，均可享受线上线下便捷服务。海事部门对线上业务实行“全程网办+帮办导办”模式，通过在线审批、证书邮寄直达即可完成事项办理；对线下业务实行“帮办导办+代收转办”模式，依托“就近受理、异地审核、结果互认、同步发证”办理机制，保证办事群众便捷享受一窗通办、全省协同惠民服务。据了解，第二批全省通办事项落地后，将显著缩短业务整体办理时间，降低航运企业和船舶经营成本，进一步增强省港航企业的市场活力和竞争力。
